What fabrics do we use?
Organic cotton
Kind to your skin and the planet. Fabric produced according to organic farm standards.
Ecovero viscose
Obtained from certified renewable sources and sustainable production processes. Soft, lightweight and breathable.
Bamboo viscose
Silky, lightweight, and breathable. Bamboo is the fastest growing plant in the world, making it an extraordinary sustainable resource.
Recycled plastic
One of the star products of this season: sunglasses made from recycled plastic bottles. With the production of these glasses we reduce CO2 emissions, reduce water consumption and save energy.
Packaging
Sustainable and recycled packaging has become an essential practice for Surkana, always seeking to reduce our environmental impact.
In this sense, it is essential that the materials used to protect the garments during shipping are recycled and recyclable. In this way, we ensure that the delivery process is as sustainable as possible.
Shops
In our stores we use bags made from recycled and ecological paper certified with FSC sustainable forest management.
In addition, the boxes in which the products are shipped are also made with FSC materials, thus contributing to the responsible management of natural resources and the reduction of the ecological footprint in the supply chain.
We are aware that there is still a long way to go on the road to sustainability, but we are committed to becoming increasingly environmentally responsible. We contribute to sustainability as much as possible, and work to constantly improve in all aspects.
